Being an independent local business, we have the flexibility to tailor every care plan to each individual. We take the time to listen, understand and adapt, ensuring that every client feels respected, valued and supported.
Our carers are carefully selected for their empathy and dedication. Every member of our team is fully trained, DBS checked and supported through ongoing development to maintain the highest standards of care.
We care for our clients like family because to us, they are.
How we work

Keep it local
We are based in Hilton and we work across South Derbyshire, Derby, nearby Staffordshire, and further north to Chesterfield and Matlock. You get carers who know the roads, the shops, and the pace of the place.

Be reachable
Families should not have to chase a call centre. If something is not working, you speak to us, and we sort it.

Hold a proper standard
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission for personal care. Carers are DBS checked and trained. We do not pretend an inspection rating we have not earned.

Dovevalley Care Ltd is registered to provide personal care as a homecare agency. The location was registered on 17 March 2025. New services are assessed over time; this one has not yet had a published inspection rating, and we will not claim one.
